Jay, they say necessity is the mother.....you know. That is some nice work. Did you have some friends help you build that baby? We all have some things we have to overcome and you my friend have overcome a doosey. Great work! I hope that your good fortune lasts forever.

MY FRIEND HELPED ME DO THE LIFTING AND SOME OF THE WELDING, BUT I DID MOST OF THE WORK. IT TOOK ME ABOUT A MONTH WORKING A FEW HOURS AFTER WORK TO GET IT ALL TOGETHER. JAY

araz2114 would like to see pics and instructions on making lighted xbow nocks. i have been buying them for $8 a pop. i love them....helps old eyes.....but gets kinda expensive. 8)

araz2114-----I would be interested in the lighted Xbow nocks also. I have all the info on doing the compound arrows and was wondering if set up is similar.

Here is a simple project.

An 8-32 x 2" machine screw, a few washers and nuts and teh pull handle from an old lawn mower. Presto! You have yourself an arrow puller.

A friend of mine has been trying to get me to tie flies for a while now and I told him I couldn't mess with anything that small. Well I made a fly last night but this one is more my style :lol: :lol: :lol:

does anybody have any info on the spacers that increase draw length posted on the first page. would they damage the bow? what are they made of? do they increase the draw weight and KE as well as the fps?
