1. Anyone made potato sausage and made patties vice sausage? I am loooking to make some sausage from this year's harvest but would rather have patties vice links (I am having links made from the butcher...just do not want to invest in the gear and time to do the casings route...)
2. Anyone here have a recipe they do not mind sharing? I have found a couple on line...but was wondering if anyone had a winning recipe!
