I busted a buck out of a swamp when I was a kid. I was out checking Dad's snare line. He came out of a small thicket in a cattle pasture and headed for the woods. When he got to within 20 yards of the field edge, he stopped and looked back. Then turned around and began to walk toward me with his head down. I was frozen clencihing my BB gun, not much security  . He got within 20 yards of me and began to stomp his front hooves and was snorting at me. When he got within 10 yards I had enough fun and threw my arms up and yelled at him. That did it and he high tailed it out of there.
I hunt for memories, the meat's a bonus!
