OT - PAL course question for Kingston, Ontario and area

Post by Don »

Does anyone in the Kingston Area know of anyone who does the saftey course that is necessary for me to change my POL to a PAL?

I need to do this ASAP so that I can transfer firearms from my uncles estate.

Any help in finding someone who can do this course for me or somewhere that this course is being don that I can join in on would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Don

I can't remember, but I think it was Bob Taylor that I wrote my hunter safety course with. I just had to write the exam because I had hunted another province and therefore did not need to take the full coures. Anyway, the guy was about 20 minutes north of Kingston and he let me come to his place when it fit my schedule. I was the only one writing. Real nice guy. After I wrote the test we talked hunting for another half hour or so. The guy really made it easy for me to get legal in Ontario and I appreciated it.
I hunt for memories, the meat's a bonus!
