Post by Carnivorous »

Look what this sold for on e-bay. Did not lose much value. I tried to bid but no ship to Ontario. I want a paradox anyway..

I believe collectors are starting to collect Crossbows. I know myself, I am thinking about it. Jack.

I was gonna post about the one I saw, that's the first thing I thought of. Then I decided I wasn't gonna let my friend leave without the Paradox. LOL

He was eyeing up a Parker and one of those new Eastman Outfitters crossbows.... and I was like don't even bother, you will regret it!

I will admit, the Paradox is a bit of a bugger to cock by hand.

I pulled back an Exomax while I was in the store, and they really aren't all that hard to cock.

They are the same xbow, only difference is the Buckmaster Maxpoint name plate. The bow was a designed between Jennings(Bear Archery) and Excalibur.

I just bought one on ebay. Can anyone help me out with a copy of the owner's manual. I paid 230 + 35 shipping. Good buy I think. We will see what sort of shape it is in.

I sent them an email. He usually gets back fairly quickly. What is the recommended bolt weight?

I just picked up my maxpoint for 230 on ebay. It was a one day auction so it did not have time to climb very high I think.

Anyway there is another that may sell cheap so I thought I would post it here. 5 hours left still at 203, 30 shipping.

410 gr and up. you can use Tenpoint carbon bolts in the Maxpoint or Paradox.

Thanks Digger. I ordered six carbon ten points today. I think I am going to use four bladed muzzys 100 grain. Those shoot really good out of my exomag, should work good here too I think. I think this setup should weigh 410 grains, correct??

I wish I had another varizone scope to put on it. Anyone have a used one for sale, LOL. I doubt it, I get lucky sometimes though. :D
