cool thanks, I was up in kirkland lake last week working and this guy mention that porcupines that are goog eaten'. I don't see a receipe there so I doubt it.

Dog gone, A.W. how about warning folks to put on a bib before checking out that link! I saw Dutch oven for wild game, now I've got a mess on the keyboard to deal with.

Good advise, I just wish somebody would come up with a taller Dutch oven. You ever have a problem doing a standing rib roast with moose ribs? Dern things got to be three feet tall!
