OLD BUCKS, YOUNG BUCKS, IN-BETWEEN BUCKS - How Old Are You?

Post by Grizzly Adam »

Hey, Ya'll ...

Saw another thread title that said it wasn't for the "young" to read, and it got me to wondering just what our various ages are. Thought it would make an interesting thread to find out.

I'll get the party started:

I'm a '65 model.

41 years, and feel like I was born yesterday! Man, how time flies.

Im also a 1965 madel, 41 yrs.
Still manage to make a living from hunting, I hunt every second day between seven to nine hours a day shooting goats, very steep and demanding stuff but I feel fit for it.
If it feels good, DO IT.

I'm a classic 1948 model, in need of some restoration.

I have hunted since the age of 12. Wife used to say that she was a widow 6 months of the year (huntin' season). Then we moved out to the farm, she's happy & I'm happy.

Most of my son's and my hunting is done within a 1000 yards of the house.

I`m a classic 64 1/2 . As you get more mature you tend to enjoy every thing about the hunt not just the kill , but the friendships and experiences as well .

kinda off the subject but you all should read an article in the last issue of Horizontal Bowhunter, titled "you meet the nicest people in the crossbow industry" or something to that effect. it's a good one and it's truth :)

Well Grizz I'm just your opposite, 41 model 65 years old. If it wasn't for hunting, golf, fishing and honey dos I'd be bored with retirement.
