Hey, Deerdhunter,

We're about 3.5 hours from Richmond. About 1.5 from Rocky Mount.

We're happy too. I often say, "We're all as happy as if we were in our right minds!" :D

My screen name tells most of it, I am a cash crop farmer ( wheat , corn , soybeans on about 175 acres ) In todays world it is basically a hobby farm. To pay the bills I work for International Truck doing body work and painting.

I'M A SELF EMPLOYED CAD DRAFTSMAN AND OWN AN ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTING AND BLUEPRINT BUSINESS HERE IN FLORIDA. WE MOSTLY DESIGN CUSTOM HOMES AND BUSINESS'S FROM INITIAL PLANNING TO FINAL PRINTS. I HUNT AS OFTEN AS MY WIFE LETS ME, WHICH IS NEVER ENOUGH! I AM ALSO WHEELCHAIR BOUND FROM A TREESTAND FALL 15 YEARS AGO, BUT THAT HASNT SLOWED ME DOWN TOO MUCH.

Aquatic horticulturist, its one hell of a job. Outside all day, or in the greenhouses in the spring. And, the best part, it only cuts halfway into turkey season, and it slows it slows to a stop in September, leaving deer season compleatly open.

I'm a slave!!

Was a vet. tech for 10 years.

I now make things out of iron. Gates, railings, fences, fireplaces sets, etc. Welding and a little blacksmithing on my own time.

Civilian mechanical engineer for the Air Force. Been here 18 years. Not my idea of a perfect job but it pays the bills. Would like to take my golf game on the road professionally but have too many days where it won't go where I think it should.
