I dont know if you's did this before?, I posted it on the OTW forum and found that it was pinned right above under the campfire sub forum.
Anyway, I just thought it would be interesting to know what field of work that the people I'm corresponding with are in.

I'll go first!
I work for an almalgamated Municipality. I work mostly in a rural Arena but also look after two parks some ball diamonds, a soccer field, a library and another community centre. Ive been here for 20+ years and still like my job. It gives me time to scout and put up stands since I work alot of weekends and nights.
Hope this isn't repetitious!

Well for right now, I am a student in grade 12. I hope to attend university for either Architecture or Materials Engineering and also play a little university football. I have applied to university but will probably stay in highschool one more year after grade 12 to make sure i get in to where i want to go. As for right now i work for a couple businesses in the area just doing general labour.

"Work"?..

What is"work"?

Oh, now I remember.... That is what I did in my former life.. ;)

As you can tell, I am retired :D

When I did "work" I was the Safety Director for the ALuminum Plant of ALCOA's Warrick Operations. About 800 employees.

I kept us OSHA compliant and did my best to keep every one trained so they wouldnt get any ouchies..

Now, I'm a professional deer and turkey hunter. No one has sent me a check yet though.. ;)

I have been a Union sheetmetal worker for over 40 yrs. Like Woody I just recently retired. Will probably buy a small ranch and start raising some whitetails for stocking in other parts of the country.

Work for General Mills as a maintenance mechanic. I've been doing it for 10 years now (yes I've seen lots of Cheerios go by). Prior to this I was a machinist for a small machine shop part time during college and full time there after for 8 years total.

After many years of working for The Better Way, I thought that there should be an even better way, so I made my employers an offer that they couldn't refuse. So now I'm paid to stay home.

I'M a production worker for part of my time and a releif supervisor the rest of the time for Owen Corning Canada making fiberglass. You know the pink stuff. Is a great job for a hunter. We work 12 hour shifts but only 14 days a month then throw in 3 weeks holidays plus lieu time, floaters and earned days = lots of time off. Been there almost 6 years.
