Yes I like the view and you won't be catching any snow on that roof lol...............I like a steel roof too.

Don't know NB very well..........Been to the airport many times....fly in/out delivering and picking up the army. Stayed in Freddy quite a few times......Lord Beaverbrook Hotel I think....It's been a while. Enjoy your new home...
