does anyone know how too acess the videos

just bought me a exomax,should be here today,but would like to watch all the videos before i start shooting,is there something i,m doing wrong trying to access them. I'm sure i will have a lot more questios in the next few weeks.

KYC I called Excalibur this AM and was told they are having problems on their end and hope to have every thing back working later today.
