O/T Get out and look in the sky!

Hey Guys, tonight is the peak of the meteor shower and you might see up to one per minute. The show starts as soon as you can see the little dipper.

I know your in a fine place to see that. Patti was talking about that earlier today. Smoggy skies here in Windsor, can't see squat. We leave for Lake Superior Provincial Park on the 27th for six days of tent camping. The stars are just unreal up there. We just gaze and dream....something special about stars.

They should be out again tonight too. I heard between 12:00 and 2:00 will be the best times. Also keep an eye out for mars around the middle of this month. It will be next to the moon and it will be just as big as the moon. It will be the only chance to see it this way in our life times.

Disregard that mars thing. It turned out to be a hoax e-mail that has been around for years. Sorry.

Last night I lost count after 35. At around 10:00 to 10:30 I saw the most. The tails were the longest I've ever seen. Its rare to have the peak of a meteor shower and no moon at the same time. Did anyone see them last night?

Well, I'll tell you that it was quite a relief to hear a healthy sounding Scott. Your health has been on my mind quite a lot recently. Get better sooner than later!
Good night Scott!
