string on the rail

where does the string supposed to sit on the rail i just re strung my bow from a fff to a regular string and am not sure where it soudl be sitting on which of the 2 hash marks, now how can u adjust the string is there a way to twistit is counter Clock wise or does it matter ?

There's a search icon at the top of this page . . .click on it and put in "Brace Height" in the search engine . . .it will bring up a lot of threads about this subject . . .or you can go back to the "Crossbow Hunting" section and scroll down to the thread about brace height . . .let us know if you need additional information.

Just like driving "keep it between the lines". My Exocet seems to favor about 1/4 inch in front of the rear line (scope end).

brace height

Ive a no of excals , whichch bow doyou have ? most like a brace height approx 1-1/4"from the end of the rail. just twist the string counterclockwise for desired height, experiment with different settings every bow is a little different.
