Lumizone scope ?

Post by raydaughety »

I'm afraid that aging and diabetes is taking it's toll on my eye sight. Tyler and I had a couple of deer come within just a few yards from the stand Saturday evening and I could see them OK with my naked eye but when I shouldered my exomag with the old maxzone scope, I couldn't see the cross hairs. Do you all think that a lumizone is in the near future for me? If that old doe had been a big buck I'd be besides myself. I really don't want to buy a new scope but if it will help with those late afternoon shots, I'm all for it. Does anyone else have aging eyes and blurry vision and corrected the problem with the lumizone? I'm looking at putting a Trijicon scope on my hunting rifle for the same reason.

Thanks and God Bless,

PS. Best price on Lumizone please? Will sell the maxzone real cheap if I have to buy a lumizone
God Bless !!!!!!!!!

I purchased my first crossbow last year- which came with a VariZone. I only used it once or twice at a 3D course, and they released the LumiZone scope. There were a few shots I had trouble seeing at the 3D course where the targets were under heavy cover, so I quickly bought a LumiZone. Not so much for the illuminated cross hairs, but for the improved light gathering features.

Once I bought the LumiZone, I really came to like the illuminated cross hairs. the light gathering is slightly better than the VariZone; which disappointed me a little, but the illuminated cross hairs made it all worth it.

I want you guys to listen to this. Scott, after all that he's been through, has offered to loan me his lumizone scope until he goes on his trip this fall. Although I did decline for personal reasons, the offer was sincere and heart felt. For those of you that are new to the forum, take note of things like this, It's the excalibur family way.

God Bless you all,
God Bless !!!!!!!!!
