The Dude gets and early Christmas present!

Post by Excalibur Marketing Dude »

Well Santa Clause came early for me, after our last day of work (Friday) I decided to go for an afternoon hunt (plus I was pretty much ordered to go by my boss Bill T! :D ) and I harvested this bad boy. He wieghed about 260 lbs and will score around 130. I shot him from a blind at only 7 yards. This was my best day of deer hunting ever, I saw over 15 deer including 4 bucks! I was having trouble trying to decide what to shoot until this guy showed up!

Happy holidays to all!

All I can say is...WOW! Awesome deer, enjoy the steaks! 260 pounds, that would be 2 deer down here in Maryland.

Congrats on a great buck. I'd be smiling too!!!!

I wondered what it must be like at the Excalibur factory once deer season starts. Guys calling in sick one day yet coming in wearing smiles the next......

Nice big bruiser Peter, he'll score high,(if your into that).

If you don't mind me asking you, where or what province or state did you shoot that buck in? I'm sure its not Southern Ontario.
