Seaway Challenge
I have a feeling this could originate in Cornwall Ontario, the best little town by a dam site!!
That is the home of the Seaway, and where I lived for a good many years.
I have some relatives who still live there, and most of them are avid crossbow bow hunters,so I will look into it for you and get back with any information that I can find out.

Ben,here is what I got from my nephew:
https://www.oaa-archery.on.ca/index.php ... Itemid=152
It is the site for the Ontario Association of Archers and it lists all their tournaments for the coming season.
Hope that helps.
