montec 125 versus 100grain.

I was curious to know if anyone has seen that the slightly wider 125 gr G5 montec flys any different than the 100 grain as far as accuracy and groups are concerned? I am trying to figure out which grain to shoot. I hunt primarily pigs and deer for now. I am shooting firebolts and wanted to know how to take out inserts to exchange for brass inserts? Where do I get them and what size do I use?
