Congratulations and a belated happy birthday. My 50th b-day is tomorrow and my first bow, an Exomax, was an early present. Got a doe with that on my second day out. One buck with my muzzleloader since. No hunting here on Sundays so hopefully will bag something today with my shotgun. Twenty degrees out (that's COLD for this part of Virginia), clear, with no wind.

Took my son and went to look for the arrow this morning and actually found it!
One blade on the Wac'Em Exit was slightly bent (probably from sticking in the ground after the pass-through) but the broadhead was in good shape otherwise. I'm definately developing a strong like for this broadhead design. 2 for 2 on the deer kills, and both had good blood trails. I think the doe went farther than I thought she would because she was already nervous about being in the open and had to dash so far to cover.
We did see a coyote near the food plot on the way in. They can sure find a kill site quickly!
Then the hard part - I finally had to wash out the bed of my truck. After hauling 2 deer in it and no rain to wash it out I decided it would probably be a good idea to go to the car wash.
