But I'll bet the PA bow hunters Assoc made sure they would not have to give up their magnifying scopes.

The Holo or the Ecotech are the premier sight when talking about non-scopes. To my knowledge (please correct me if I am wrong) it is the only one with a one minute of angle dot which of course aids in precision. Used with both eyes open it is surprisingly accurate and useful in low light. It is not a reflex sight it is a Holographic sighing system which is used by the military for its fast and accurate target acquisition. The down side of the Holos are limited battery life (200 hrs depending on model) and price.
