Excalibur - Awesome Customer Service

Post by XCaddis »

Hey Folks,

Never had any issues in the past, but I recently noticed a small splinter of fiber that had come off of one of the limbs of my Exomax. I contacted the Excalibur team via email and received a speedy response from Peter in the Marketing group. Since I was in Kitchener he asked if I could drop by and take a look at the limb. After taking a quick look, he agreed to replace the limb at no charge. I would have been happy to pay for the replacement, but as I have heard from others, Excalibur has some of the best customer service...period.

All I can say is thanks, and you guys have a customer and salesman for life.

Cheers,

XCaddis

Welcome to the forum. Yes thier customer service is second to none. I believe the fact that they have such a good product helps I have not noticed any concerns about quality so the issue that arise can be dealt with quickly and fairly.

Well I can tell you that good customer service in any industry in this day and age is rare. The thing that this type of customer service builds you is loyalty...and I can tell ya it pays for itself in the long run. Three of my buddies have bought XCal crossbows on my reccomendation so far...

Yep, Excalibur is top notch! I had an issue once(dry-fire). It was 100% my fault, and Peter still treated me well. He had my limbs shipped to me very quickly since opening day was just around the corner. With all the chinese items for sale, its very nice to see a canadian company with excellent customer service.

long live excalibur!!!!!!!!!!!

Dan Miller took care of my "self-inflicted" problem with my Vortex. He fixed the problem I knew about and one I didn't even know I had. What amazed me most was how much time he took with me on the phone trying to diagnose what was wrong.

Anytime someone says they are thinking about a crossbow, I tell them , look at all the rest, then buy the best, Excalibur.
