Scott, thanks alot for compiling the broadhead kill data and posting the results as you did. As an 45yr. archer, but new x-bower, I will be experimenting with three different heads this summer. Your post and other forum comments on broadheads have influenced me to try the 3 blade Rage mechanical as one of them. First, I will try Thunderhead 125s since I have been totally pleased with their accuracy, durability and deadliness fired from my vertical bows since switching to them in 1987 and harvesting 34 bucks with them. Then, I'll try the 150 gr. Boltcutters that Excalibur recommends for accuracy with the heaviest draw wts. like my Equinox. Finally, I'll try the 3-blade Rage mechanical that seems to be well-liked by many experienced forum x-bow hunters. Thanks again for the interesting, useful data results.
