Bass Pro in Macon Georgia. Right off I75. One of my favourites...

I've been to these in years past and there is one just south of Ft Myers that I've also been to.

Thanks

The Fred Bear museum was one of my favorite stops while driving through Gainsville FL. It's located seconds of the highway at exit #94 if my memory is correct (not 100%) sure. I might suggest a google search to see if it is still open.

You probably know this but it is best to take I-75 straight through Cincinnati and not take I-275 around to get to Kentucky.

I-275 around will take you WAY out of your way and cost you probably an additional half hour.

You do want to avoid doing this from four to six in the afternoon as it can get very congested.

What remains of the Fred Bear Museum (for public view) is currently displayed at the headquarters store of Bass Pro Shops in Springfield, Missouri.

Best know your Canadian prices before dropping too much money. The CDN dollar is no hell these days, you might not save anything.
