I shot a lot of compound and got caught up in the quest for speed, better to try to keep it simple.
I still shoot compound and don't mind speed myself but have come to realize it isn't the only thing.

better just keep shooting the way I am untill I know exactly what I like and don't like.

When you see all the things poeple are doing to their xbows you get that left behind feeling and panick to try to keep up

Don't bother trying to keep up, the bow is perfect the way it comes. All the other stuff is just things we have created in our heads to spend time and money between hunting seasons. Your bow is already awesome!

:) Welcome Roly to the forum :)
The way the bow comes from Excalibur is good but you have to shoot it some to figure out what improvement you want . :)
Even if you do nothing it still is a great bow . :D

Don't listen to these guys. Your crossbow as it comes out of the box can't kill a squirrel. HELL, it might even be dangerous to shoot without at least spending another couple hundred bucks. Don't risk your health, tweak it up !!!
