Well I'll be damned, I fit right in the middle.
45-50 only, but as of this month, feel like 345 yrs. old.
They say every day now, I should feel better and better.
So I equate that to feeling younger and younger compared to before!! :D

When I was born the world was still flat. and I can't be over the hill because I haven't gotten to the top yet. I'm 69, I can still get up the trees, it's the dragging them out that got harder. here is a summer time keep in shape activite.Image

Very cool, B-Logger! 8)

What is the make and model of your bike?

I do 8-16 miles daily on a Schwinn 232 recumbent exercise bike, using the heaviest setting. It's convenient for me to hop on during a break from work, as my study is here in the house.

I want to get a recumbent road-bike soon, too.

Any advice or experiences to share? Pros and cons?

Thanks! :D

47 and living the dream.

It is interesting reading about your various afflictions. The aging process can be especially cruel, and past injuries seem to stick around longer than expected. I have helped several people with really bad feet. So if you are having issues with your feet, please let me know. I have a policy that ensures descretion and privacy. Usually, within just a few short days, I can get a Fedex package to you with some new ones.

Hands and ears are a little trickier to obtain, of course, but I might could swing it if you was in a real jamb. You know, I really should develope an on-line order form to speed up the process. Yes, yes...that way you could get new feet that are the same size as your old ones, AND you wouldn't have to buy new boots.

   ......
