Thanks for the information. I am going to try first and contact one of the engineers at Excalibur. If they don't have them, I may request help from you guys. I sure love my crossbow. I am thinking about giving mine to my son-in-law and buying me a new Excalibur. My local archery shop is trying to talk me into a Parker, but it won't work. I test fired one. Though they are smaller in design than the recurved limb Excalibur, it did not shoot as smooth as my Excalibur/Jennings does. Which Excalibur do you guys like the best? I used to be a compound bow hunter. I was fortunate in being able to harvest many deer with it. A few years ago, I was training for the USA Bench Press Nationals in Springfield, Ohio. About the time Katrina made landfall. I ruptured my left tricep tendon 95% in two! Surgery was a success. I have been given a lifetime crossbow permit to use from Sept. 1st, until January 16th here in Kentucky. I use 100 grain Slick Trick broadheads, with a carbon bolt I ordered from an outfitter outside of Cincinnattii, Ohio. I think he professionally shoots for Excalibur during competitions. I am blessed in having 165 acres located in Washington/Mercer counties in Central Kentucky. Nice to be a part of the Excalibur family.

Welcome to the forum. I shoot the Exomax but i allways us the crankaroo to cock it, I have a BAD shoulder. I had the Exocet as my first bow and it was a Great bow. They are all Good bows if it is made by Excalibur. It is all a matter of personal preferance.
Exomax, Lumizone, Boo String, NRA, ACf, Member, [Proud Grandpa!!!]
Nice to here from another powerlifter on the forum. I won the states here in pa twice awesome sport. But this is about crossbows not powerlifting so I will stop there. I like the most powerful the Xcal-equinox with a boo string and heavy 2219 aluminiums with brass weights up front. Total grains around 550 grains. I can shoot these heavy arrows because the equinox and boo string have enough speed regardless of weight. I shot this set up today at 20 yards for the first time. After one adjustment on my scope, I was hitting a quarter size dot 6 times in row. It is interesting that a weightlifter picks the most powerful and heaviest arrows to shot and hunt LOL.
