Try New Guns & Bows At Waterford On Aug 8/09

There is an event on Sat. Aug. 8th at the Waterford Sportsmens Club where they say you can try out new guns and bows of various makes (they list Excalibur but I don’t know if they will be available at this event, might want to check if that's your main reason to go). This is organized by the “Triggers and Bows” shop.

I have no affiliation with the club or the shop. I happened to see the poster for it at Lawry Shooting Sports in Caledonia when we were picking up a load of clay targets for the Canadian Sportsmans Club, today.

Data I have;

Runs from 10 AM to 4 PM

The club sells a BBQ lunch

You can shoot different guns by paying for the ammunition and targets, (don’t know what the arrangement is for bows)

I hope to be there to try a few Remingtons and Brownings on the trap and skeet fields, myself.

Actually, I believe it's on August 8th, not 28th.

They are at 18 Industial Drive;

They're main business is manufacturing clay targets, they are not a typical gun or archery shop. The do sell reloading components for shotguns and target ammunition for shotguns.

We usually buy 100 to 200 cases of clay targets several times/year for our trap club. I was glad I happened to see the notice about the Waterford event when we were there.
