09 Virginia state championship deer contest Woo Hoo

Hello to all have not been on the site in a while but its getting to be that time.

Woo Hoo my buck tied for 10th in state championship western regional. It scored 174 11/16 VA in class 2 ( 9, 10, 11, ) pointer class

btw, was that our scoring system or the US B&C system?

he's bigger than anything I have though.. Va is getting some good bucks now;)

I love the height and knobby bases 8)

Crazyfarmer, are you sure your deer look awful big. That was the VA score hes about 150 B & C. Have you ever entered any of your deer in the state championship?

the biggest one in my sig grossed 166.. he's the middle buck and only scored as an 7pt. He only netted 156 and scores 140B&C. Not bad for a 7pt though

I entered 2 in the classic in Richmond this year.. The 6pt I entered took 3rd. Ive never taken any to the state though. If I cant win the regional im not going to state :P

I love the tines on that buck of yours.. he's got everything. BTW, what did you take him with?
