The first deer i saw today. I have my game cam pointing at the trail im hunting. From my home made blind it was a 25yd shot. If he had his g1's he was a 8 point.Image

Same here...I pulled the trigger on one a tad smaller than that tonight, and no regrets! Meat in the freezer takes a lot of pressure off, especially this early in the season.

We all hunt for different reasons, and I respect all of them.

I let a spike walk yesterday evening.

Yeh, I don't know as I would have passed him up either in less I was in the land of BIG BUCKS. So I am glad you did.......for hunters like me..... :lol:

hehehe let one walk last December, 10 feet infront of me, ended up with tag soup with my remaining tag. I was amazed that he was that close to me and never even seen me standing there. even raised my crossbow and decided to lower it and still never even lifted his head.

I passed several bucks last year. And ended up with a mess of tag stew my self.
