Tyler and Ray,
Congrats on two fine looking deer.Tyler I'm so proud of you and I know that your dad is.I think that I had as much fun hunting with my dad as you do with yours. It seems that you make his day and he makes yours. Thats just as it should be. Congrats again and I hope to meet ya'll when you come to Texas.

I appreciate all of the kind words folks. It's been a rough year for me but it all seemed to disappear when we got into the stand on Saturday. We had planned on going this morning but unfortunately Tyler wasn't feeling well so we slept in and went this afternoon. As usual, we had a great time . Mike P, the comment that you made meant the world to me. I have cut back on the medication . I hurt more but I want to remember these incredible days that I have with my family. Sometimes when the pain is unbearable, I'll take my normal dose but not often. I really hope and pray that I will get the surgery date soon. They say that the success rate is 75% . Very much worth it for me. As far as Tyler, he has been a blessing to raise. I know that he is just a 13 year old boy but he has grown up so fast, spending a lot of time taking care of me. I don't know what else to say. I am grateful for every moment that we spend together.
God Bless !!!!!!!!!
