Bear Razor Heads

Post by Houndsman »

Does anybody else use Bear Razor Heads with their crossbow?I've always had great success with them when I was shooting recurves or compounds.I recently killed a buck with them using my Vortex and as always they did a great job. They are 140 grains, close to Boltcutter's 150 grains and fly great out of my crossbow. Not new or mechanical but an old standby that works better than most I've tried.

I wondered about them and how they would do. I have about two dozen left from my compound days, I can get them shaving sharp, and they always performed well for me with a vertical bow. I may just have to try them out and see what the Exocet will do with them.

I've been tempted to try them but haven't yet. I still have some but am running short on inserts. Where is the best place to get inserts for these?
