I'm in. I had to, just had to google 'hoop cheese'. I like cheese. I think I'd like hoop cheese. It appears to be getting fairly rare and hard to find.

Grizz and NC may have a lock on it.

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Hoop cheese is a firm, dry cottage cheese, similar to farmer’s cheese in that most of the liquid has been pressed out. It is different from farmer’s cheese in that farmer’s cheese is made with milk, cream and salt, while hoop cheese is made from milk alone.

Hoop cheese is difficult to find commercially in the United States, due to the difficulty of automating the manufacturing process. It was once so popular, however, that a device called a hoop cheese cutter was manufactured and used in general stores during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. This object resembled a turntable with a knife blade suspended above it. It was built by scale companies of the period to cut the exact amount of cheese the customer wanted.

A number of independently-owned restaurants in eastern North Carolina serve hoop cheese melted in biscuits, often accompanying a slice of pork tenderloin or other breakfast meat. Hoop cheese can also be purchased throughout much of Eastern NC at local grocers and convenience stores.

I want to exchange with agingcrossbower. :D
I like the idea. I want to exchange with Summer. He's been getting all along and now if he actually gives, WOW can you imagine what it would be. Summer is starting to remain me of George on Seinfield comedy show. All those stories about wanting to give and it never turns out. I can see the little beads of sweat forming on his forehead cornered into parting with that 10 dollars. It got to be better than the coal he gives his kids. Oh, I can't wait for Christmas. Summer, your going to be the best Santa in the WHOLE WORLD.

Well, Vix, 'Shucks pretty much wiped out my supply this summer back when he had that big 'possum fry at his place.

Crazy's started using it in his Thompson. He thinks it loads more smoothly and cleans up more easily ... may be.

Mike P ordered the last bottle I had left. Said something disparaging about Rogaine, and a lawsuit, and Becker. Beats me.

I've got to lay in a new supply this year, I reckon. 8)
