Buying a spare set of limbs

Post by Gray Fox »

I'm in the process of getting needful stuff for the long term, and am wondering where and at what price I might buy a spare set of limbs for my Phoenix. I've been satisfied with the factory flemish strings I've bought, but may order a couple of Boo's excellent one, too. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Gray Fox

You'll definitely want a Boo string!

Make sure you remember where you put them, maybe a long while before you need them. I've got a set of spare limbs put away for my Excalibur Wolverine, has to be close to 15 years they have been sitting in the gun locker, have never needed them.

Not really much use investing in spare limbs.
They rarely give you a problem, and if they do break or chip the warranty service is great.
I did have to replace a set last year. Mailed them to Danny Miller on Tuesday, and had my new limbs on Friday! (but I do live in Ohio, so shipping was quick)
