We were BBQing in the snow last night. Moved the 'que up to the porch and will BBQ right through the winter.

I got Venison sausage out for tonight on the Q. My BBQ never gets put away the trail going to it it gets deeper and deeper as the winter goes on.

We have a 'EARL AND BUCK" BBQ between Christmas and New Years with my Kayaking friends. You get to wear your best "Bob and Doug toque and plaid coat. Dosen't matter how cold or how much snow BBQ goes on. I swear steaks taste better with melted snow flakes on them and you can build an outside beer cooler out of snow.

P.S. I think Hell froze over in l967 ( last time the Maple Leafs won the Stanley Cup)

Charcoal only of course...wouldn't have one of them wussie gas grills!

Of course, any true aficionado of the art of grilling always uses charcoal!

I won't even use liquid charcoal lighter to light my coals, no petro based product hits my grill.

I do the same only I wheel it into my garage after I get it going.

I'm on my third Weber grill (worn two of them out) since 1980.

Charcoal only of course...wouldn't have one of them wussie gas grills!

I could help you change your mine about a wussie gas grill, for a fee of coarse!!!!!!!!! LOL

I love my egg...and I'll be out there starting it in the dead of Winter too. I use an electric starter to get my coals going.

Yes, the issue becomes when your deck is off the side of your house and the neighbours can smell the brisket cooking and see you out there workin' the Egg...and they have been over for dinner before. I don't have enough firepower in the house to fight them all off (Canadian regulations and all, ya know)!

My father caught on first and then bought one for me. Most fun I have had barbequing and smokin' by far!
