Excalibur Waranty Information

Post by Mikeb »

Before I purchase A new Crossbow I need to look at the Mfg.Waranty. Where can I look at the Waranty Excaliber offers on their crossbows?

I do believe it is lifetime as long as there is no damage due to accident or neglect such as dryfire or running over it with your truck and these have been done here by fellow members  by the way WELCOME!!

Running over it with the 4 wheeler seems to be a problem too.

I have never seen or heard of an issue with a warranty not being resolved immediately.

I have only seen praise for the service department.

Excalibur has the best warranty of any product I have every purchased. I have broke things on my bow that were my own fault and have had Excalibur fix it and have me hunting the same day.
If the warranty is what is holding you back then you have nothing to worry about.

What other company would do that when you bought a used product traded at a store that was 20 years old????
Ruger & RCBS. They have both done this for me, Ruger on a third hand Mk1 pistol and RCBS on a no longer manufactured, used reloading press.

Ya, Ruger has excellent warranty service. My Red Label when back for warranty work three times in the first year I had it and it was promptly returned every time. :?

Called Pete at the factory, said bring it in and they will fix it! Went there the next day, fixed in an hour and no charge.
