Post by jaclinto »

I lost the other thread about this www.camodipkit.com - but wanted to let you guys know I did my first dippings and they did turn out really nice. I did a gun stock and a deer skull. Will try to post pics in a little while

Right on, I picked one up but haven't had time to try it out yet. Any tips or hints?

really wasn't too bad. make sure you dip things at an angle and push them into the water slowly. Other than that, it is pretty self expanitory. I am going to try dipping some other stuff this week.

Looks pretty cool! Can't wait to see the pics.

My son has one of these kits.

He is doing his Remington 870 in Predator and it looks great.

When he gets it done and gets a picture I'll post it.

Tom,
I paid 100 bucks for my kit and picked it up in the US. I don't think they will ship to Canada. It included everything needed.

My son finished his 870 today.

Rather than copy and paste a bunch of pictures here is the thread he posted them in at my website.. He is a died in the wool Notre Dame fan so he added a touch of Irish luck to it..

Dunno.

Someone on there asked him that. I'll see him in the morning and ask him myself..

OK ....... How much of the camo material do you get. Is it a roll or pieces that will fit your model gun.

Thanks Tom

1 Roll of Camo Film - Approximately 2 ft wide by 8 ft. long

Probably enough to do two guns..at least
