Yes materials ARE expensive! If you think string is expensive look at the cost of Alluminum! We all know your strings are worth every penny and then some Boo! Even if they are.... Not that theres anything wrong with that :lol:

Boo,how many strings do you get out of one of those spools?well I guess it would be how many half a string do you get out of one of them since you use two colors for your strings :)

Weezy, I can't find the length that it is in a spool. If you are wondering how much money I make I can tell you it isn't enough. I can also tell you that the money for the most part goes mostly to the people here. Between people in need, the bow for the picture contest and other things gifted off I don't think I'm going to get rich. I am not entirely sure my fingers and other body parts are going to put up with the abuse either.

I buy from Brownell and the stuff is sold by the pound and I think I use 200 ft per string. Not a clue how many feet in a pound.
