I didn't apply but the guy I hunt with did and he got a bull tag for WMU 49. I guess I'll have to take a few extra days off work this year. :D

Looks like we are good to go for the bow season in 15B with a bull and cow tag. The cow tag was had out pool 2. Leave September 23.

I'm heading up to WMU 19 and drew a cow tag. That gives the group I am going with 2 Bulls and 2 cows.

Hardly worth the frustration. I apply for a doe tag for our rifle season area every year. We typically had a 66% success rate for drawing a doe tag. In an ideal world this would mean I would get a doe tag two out of every three years. I know we don't live in an ideal world but I went nine years straight without getting drawn. I phoned to express my frustration and the woman I talked to was absolutely clueless. She tried to tell me that if she went to the store to buy a lottery ticket she can't expect to win every time. I was more ticked after I phoned than before. :x

you hit the nail right on there tpm , calling the mnr to complain is nothing more than a waste of your time, been there done that . this is 2 years in a row that we have had enough for a "guaranteed" group tag and not gotten one

I know I know but sometimes it feels good to vent  you are right they are for the most part clueless
I wonder what would happen if no one bought a moose tag one season would that get our point across?
