IBEX Speed

Post by iggy12 »

Would any one be able to tell me approx what speed I am getting from my ibex. I am shooting a firebolt arrow that came with the lite stuff package, I am using a 125 grain head. nothing is on the limbs os string (string leeches,).

and would this set up have any problem taking a moose down

With that weight of B-head I would guess about 290, maybe a bit faster. We have an Ibex here and it did 296-301 out of the box, that is 25 less grains on the arrow than what you are shooting.
300 is where I want it, predictable and accurate.
