Excalibur's Warranty

I was wondering if excalibur;s warranty go's with the xbow or if it only applies to the original owner?

The brochure that is linked on the home page of this site says the limited lifetime warranty is for the duration of the original ownership. However, I'm pretty sure there have been discussions of second and third owners having warranty work done on their bows. Excalibur is very fair.

They are very reasonable people, give them a call if you have an issue and you will be looked after good and lightening fast service.

I recently purchased a used Exomax, approx 1 year old.
After the purchase i noticed a small defect on on one of my limbs.
I phoned excalibur and described the problem to them. I was assured that the bow would be fine to shoot as it was, but if I preferred for peace of mind they would send me new limbs. Three days later the new limbs arrived at my door step at no charge to me. This should hopefully answers your question.

The instruction manual I just downloaded says "five year warranty". They must have changed it

In addition to the five year warranty, it states "proof of purchase" must be provided.

I've been here since '06 and never heard of a repair charge. I'm on several other xbow forums and have read a time or two of a shopadding shipping or labor fee's to the uninformed.

Sometimes new folks neglect to list their country in their profile, but here in USA, our warranty rep is Danny Miller, in Sardis, Oh. [740] 483-2312. He's told me personally that in 27 years, he's never charged to replace limbs.

Relax, seems everything these days has to be 'Lawyer Proof'.
