We're getting hammered.

Post by raydaughety »

Man, I haven't ever seen so much rain in my life. We have had 16 inches of rain in the last 36 hours and they are calling for another 6 inches tonight. We could use some prayers if y'all don't mind.
God Bless !!!!!!!!!

considering it hasnt rained on us in 4months we need it:)

We got 8inches in the past 2 days for a total of 9.5 this week. We will end up with 10-12inches here when it passes but then again we are behind 11inches in rain total for the whole year. Only a inch of rain for us in 3months here:(

figures we get all the rain in 2 days that we needed for 4months

Thank god I live on higher ground. Go figure, like already said. No rain all summer, then get it all at one time. Worse part is 90% will just run off at this rate.

Keep your head up. I'm serious, keep your head up.

We are just getting the outer edge of the storm. Getting some much needed showers. My grass is starting to grow again. :)

Stay at home. That's the best advice I can give. When we had the flooding last year, all the deaths were from people in cars. Mostly getting washed off the road. Oh yeah, don't forget to keep your head up. :)

I can identify. We got slammed last spring in TN, 20+ inches in a couple of days. Try to keep the vehicles parked on high ground.

We got hammered all summer fields flooded. But we have had a week of sun and the farmers are slowly getting there crops off.

We were escvavating and packing for a footing Wenesday and Thurday still sunk a plate tamper and had a track hoe starting to sink.

My Favorite road to start looking for Whitey's is full of water still.
