Got one on mine and took the D Bars off.
I have said this before if you only buy one thing for your bow that would be the # 1 choice.

It would be a very good upgrade. If you would check your string travel, you may find it is making it's way all the way to the riser. Not god for vibration or your string. The STS will deff stop that problem. So far I have looked at 3 friends Excals and they are ALL slapping the riser.

I got one last year and don't regret it one bit. I like the security if the unmentionable dry fire happens. I like how it takes a lot of the vibration out of the shot etc.

If Excals version is better then I'll buy it. But since no one knows when it will come out there is a lot of hunting season yet.

I wonder if the STS system would void warranty since it is not an Excalibur product. If it voids it then I’ll wait if not then I know where to get one.

how can something that will protect your xbow in case of a dry fire void it's warranty  ....it doesn't change the bow in any way, it's just an add on product.........bob

WEll I cAlled them to see and there is no issue with warranty, I also asked if they have one in the works and she said not yet, but if one was to come out it wouldent be till next April.

That's why I went ahead and ordered the STS system Monday. I want to get one on my bow because there's a whole lot of good hunting yet to come!
Now therefore take, I pray thee, thy weapons, thy quiver and thy bow, and go out to the field, and take me some venison; And make me savoury meat, such as I love, and bring it to me, that I may eat; that my soul may bless thee before I die. Gen 27:3-4
