Sorry CB. I cannot lie. I have a 3 year old string that has been reserved once, did a season on an Exomax and on it's second season on my Exocet as well 100s of shots into targets. I have taken 10 deer with this string since I received it. I know what it will do every time I pull the trigger. It is Brown & Black. My good friend Don made it for me.
I like to have at least 100 shots on a string before I hunt it. That way I know it intimately. With my schedule and other BS in my life I didn't have time to break the Orange & Bronze string in to my satisfaction in time for seasons' start. Be assured that the Orange & Bronze will get a hearty checkout and without a doubt do all it is touted to do. It holds a coveted spot at the front end of the line to be the next string tried on my bow. Thanks very much for doing one for me. You had quit making strings, other than for yourself, before I joined the forum and I read about the longevity and how well made they were. Thanks very much for doing one for me.

Congratulations on the doe Kelley! And I have several deer with a Comfybear string. String is still in perfect shape! My doe this year did come on a Boo string. Nothing wrong with variety I try and do most business with forum members versus stores. Alot of great members with great products

I agree GP, I really wanted a string from Lou and he accommodated me. I am not at all disappointed with the string as it is a beautiful work of art as are all the items I have seen that have made by forum members(GP Mount, Munch Mount, Boo String, Boo Trigger, CFs CowWhackers, New Guy's STS when it was available). I also know from posts of fellow forum members that the Comfy Bear String will serve me well for several years as long as I do my part taking care of it. I also try to buy anything that I need from forum members rather than buy from stores.
