Don't give me too much credit on that one, I only pulled the trigger! The Backwoods guys were my guides there and they have some really great spots and big critters to hunt. Dan Wallace videod the hunt and it'll be on Sportsman Channel and Wild TV next season. The photo is a bit deceptive, the buck's rack is a nice even 8 point and it probably will score around 130 - 135 or so. Kath hunted five days and saw nothing worth shooting, she used up all her luck last year on the big one she shot in December. The bow I used was an Equinox with Firebolts and Boltcutters. It ran about 50 yards downhill and did an endo onto a riding trail.

Wish I'd known ya was down this way. I talked with Peter up at your place last week. Dog gone him he didn't even say ya was in my neck of the woods. Maybe next time. Glad ya had a good hunt. Tell Kath I wear my Excal hat with pride. I also told peter to thank her as well. Nice talking at ya Bill.
