Re: Target
You can get ones that can be shot with both field points and broadheads, but I'd recommend getting a bag target like the Morrell Yellow Jacket crossbow target for field points and either a Rhinehart or The Crossbow 'Block' for broadheads.
I've shot my Morrell Yellow Jacket hundreds, if not thousands of times with both my Crossbow and compound and my CB arrows never go past half way into the bag. Plus, even my 7 year old daughter can pull them out with two fingers easily.
With the Block, it takes some effort to get field points out and a heckuva lot of effort to get a broadhead out. But they are durable!

Now therefore take, I pray thee, thy weapons, thy quiver and thy bow, and go out to the field, and take me some venison; And make me savoury meat, such as I love, and bring it to me, that I may eat; that my soul may bless thee before I die. Gen 27:3-4

Also have a Reinhard target ball which has held up really well and can be a lot of fun to whack.

Re: Target
Rineheart is great for b/heads! but too expensive to fling feild tips at all the time. I use a burlap sack stuffed with old clothes for that.
