No strutters yet but seeing lotsa birds around Essex county too.

No strutter's yet in south georgia, but I did see a group of tom's fighting amongst themselves in a gas line yesterday!!!

im in North georgia,,not seen any toms yet but saw 18-19 hens a couple days ago..spent some time in the woods today just to see whats been going on and to look for sheds,,didnt find any sheds and not much scratching either,,had the biggest acorn crop i have ever seen..and lots of rain and snow,,not sure if thats good or bad,,

Came home Sunday afternoon from town and had three long beards in the back yard. About one month to go and the Vortex comes out again. Can't wait as it will be my first year trying to bag one.
