Turkey Box Call

I'm ready to put back in, as DaGriz's kindness has taught us in recent weeks. I have a woodworking hobby and have taken a lot of knowledge from folks on this website in the past months. I will give away a free box call to the person who can answer a skill testing question- PM me with the Japanese word for, "turkey". I will draw a winner from the correct answers this Saturday afternoon at 5:00(April 30) and contact you by PM. I will make it to the winner's specs, you can have cherry, walnut, or purple heart wood (or any combination), and I will engrave your name in it.

Regards,
Kurisu

Actually, I didn't. In all my 71 yrs I have won only 2 things: Six pack or beer (to which I'm allergic) and a mink stole (it's a long story). No chance I'd win something actually useful. :D

Thank you to everyone who entered the box call contest. There were so many correct answers to my question. Shichimenchou is the way we say turkey (the animal) in Japanese. So to all my fellow turkey hunting friends, "shichimencho no hantingu wo suru toki ni, anzen shite mo tanoshinde kudasai. Gambarimashou!" In English, "when hunting turkeys, be safe, have fun, and good luck!" I inputted all the contestants into a web-program at www.random.org and it selected the winner for me. The winner of the contest is... PINPOINT! A PM is sent pinpoint.

I'll be in touch soon,

Regards,
Chris
