I got the wood milled for pinpoint's call tonight. It should look good. Tomorrow will be the dados and sanding.

Hi all,

I've posted a picture of the call that Pinpoint and I discussed. It is made of cherrywood and the striker is a walnut core with cherrywood stripes on either side. The total size of the resonator is approximately 1.5" x 6". With the handle, the total length is 9". Still not totally done, I had a busier than expected week.

Well it finally came!!!!

Actually I got it friday but haven't had much time to post this weekend.
Kurisu, this call is beautiful!! Very well made, great job! It has a nice feel in the hand and a very deep throaty sound. I'm sure it just may piss off some old boss hen and with any luck as she comes to check it out that big ol tom will be right behind her!!!

Now I just have to get some time in the next week to try it out. Don't think I'll be able to call anything in to the living room here!!
