I use the kolpin fin grips with the rubber band like thing that goes over the stock and rail. I have them mounted on the front rack of my suzuki vinson , high speed and bumps and the bow does'nt move. Just find the right location where the bow limbs don't interfear with the steering, if mounting on the front.

i use the kolpin grips also but on the rear rack of my polaris 330. each grip is mounted to a 10" long piece of 4x4 wood then zip tie the wood to the rack. the 4x4 gives me the clearance i need to clear the the steel "bar" that is mounted around the edge of the rack and its about 2 1/2" high. i also use this for guns and its worked fine for me for over 10 years now

Quite the story. I have never mastered the search function here, but believe the title of the thread was 'Got Lucky' followed by 'Got Lucky II'.

Short version; I shot the fender on my 4 whlr w/ Boo's recurve, it ate my Y25. 'Got Lucky II: good triumphs over evil.

Have at, I just wasted an hour looking. If someone can find them, post away, one of my worst goofs.
