Just for fun i took off my d bars and my S5 ..
what i found is ,,its a good bit louder of course..but the bow to me feels soo much better ..
Im 5'7" and i can shoot the exomax pretty good with out a rest ..and i like to do that alot when im target shooting.
my thinking is the better i can shoot offhand the better ill shoot ...so although i would not recommend this to every one so far i like the feel of mine naked..no quiver mount or anything eles..
just holding that stuff in my hand it all feels light but hanging on the end of that long rail.. its not.
whats yalls take?

I've only got a Vixen and no d bars so I'm not sure I'm qualified to comment but that's never stopped me before! 
For shooting 3D my bow is naked - no quiver, usually no quiver mount, no sling, no STS, just a Varizone and a Boo string. It's a bit noisy, but who cares?
For hunting I have the quiver mount attached. I carry the bow with the quiver on the mount until I get to my stand. Same with the sling - usually just on for carrying.

I used to shoot mine naked but after several complaints from the neighbours I put my clothes back on!!

i dont use silencers or suppressors either on my exomax they really arent that loud , not like the crack of a gun, i do shoot a heavier aluminum arrow , which probably helps with sound but to me adding all that stuff just complicates things , naked is good!!!

Like to use the dovetail quiver braket , it take the small braket and quiver off the crossbow easy . i guess it not naked !!! just strip down
