I watched an episode of Swamp People on the Disvovery channel last night .
A year ago i may not have noticed but since joining the forum and owning an excal i pick em out ..The guy shot a hog from a ladder stand ..using an excal..i think itwas a Vortex. funny how i just had to stop channel flippin when i spotted the crossbow.. :D

I seen that too first thing I noticed he was shooting a excal .great show sure would like too pop one with my excal.

Great show, I think new episodes will be coming out soon. I seen the Excalibur also.

Yeah i seen that one too, even though they said that sow was a 350 pounder, looked closer to 200 to me. Sounds like a fish tale to me lol.

same here and i couldnt figgre out why he didnt know if he had hit it..maybe they didnt want to talk about blood trails..

i like the show as well . but why do thy show them shooting at one gator with three different guns all in the same clip DUTCH

i live in central la. folks and let me assure you that the show is 98% pure hollywood, many residents here that know anything at all about gator hunting and the outdoor life in our state have stopped watching the show because it has gotten so rediculous and outrite fake in the scripts and portraying the people of south louisiana. believe very little of what you see on the show. but for laughs and entertainment go ahead and enjoy, because we look at it as pure comedy.

The History Channel -- ofcourse , must be getting hardup!!
